Description of Services:

I specialize in trauma-informed care that helps individuals to navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, PTSD, and complex life transitions so they develop a positive sense of self and live more satisfied, successful lives. My professional journey has taken me from the Lower Mainland of British Columbia to Northern Alberta and now to her Prince Edward Island. This has allowed me to develop a real understanding for cultural complexities and develop a real world approach to working with clients.
I offer counselling and therapeutic services for individuals, couples, families and groups working primarily from a cognitive perspective while integrating many mindfulness-based therapies and strategies. This approach allows individuals to embrace their emotional experiences in a safe and meaningful way that allows them to grow and nurture deeper connections with others.
I also offer supervision services for those working towards their designations and furthering their professional development.
