Sometimes challenges are short-lived and we are able to overcome them on our own. But sometimes the challenges we face are too big, or complex, and despite our best efforts, we need help. It doesn’t mean we are weak. It takes courage to reach out for help. And I am here to help you.

Welcome to Seeds of Hope Counselling! I am a counselling therapist who specializes in individualized counselling for women, men, and youth. I am excited about the possibility of getting to know you and helping you on your journey to better mental health.

My goal is to spend time with you, get to know who you are, what challenges you are facing, and to work with you to help you find a way to move forward. Seeds of Hope Counselling is dedicated to helping people like you, people who have suffered loss or are going through difficult times in their lives, no matter what the reason.

Above all, when you leave here (or after we have spent time together online), I want you to feel a renewed sense of hope that things can and will be better. The seeds of hope that we plan together today will lead to a better tomorrow. I want to help you experience joy in your life again!
