Description of Services:

Person-centred, attachment-based, trauma-focused approach. Emotionally-focused therapy, elements of cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive processing therapy. Clients are age 16 and up, (individual and couples) looking for help with depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, communication styles, emotional regulation, childhood abuse or attachment issues, and more, with diagnoses ranging from ADHD to PTSD, OCD, Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, etc. I try to make my office (or the virtual meeting room) a safe place.
