Description of Services:

Taylor works with children, youth, and adults, with a focus on developmental and complex trauma, attachment-related issues, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Her integrative therapeutic approach includes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, creative- and play-based therapies, and mindfulness.
