Description of Services:

My counselling work is rooted in the belief that healing happens within the container of a safe relationship and I love to have spacious, deeply human conversations. I work with individuals and couples, and I specialize in neurodiversity, working with many neurocomplex, highly sensitive and deep feeling people (ADHD, autism, giftedness, rejection sensitivity, etc.). I have a M.Ed in counselling from Harvard University, a B.Ed and a B.A. in Educational Psychology. I lived and worked in Los Angeles for several years before starting my practice on PEI in 2019.

My counselling style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I ask brave questions with a soft landing. I believe in making sense of things rather than pathologizing them, and in helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been dismissed, overwhelmed, or overworked. The goal of our work together is not to become someone new—but to come home to who you already are, with greater clarity, compassion, and confidence in your path and your pace.
