I work collaboratively with clients in a judgment-free, trauma-informed approach to move through issues they are struggling with. I employ a culturally sensitive manner that displays warmth, genuineness, and respect and am dedicated towards empowering clients to meet their desired outcomes. To help clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional distress, substance dependency and trauma, and other challenges, I integrate a variety of evidence-based therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
